Morning Star Ranch
Morning Star Ranch works with people with developmental disabilities in the Fairbanks area, using education, therapeutic activities and work experience to promote community integration. Its services emphasize learning activities, community involvement, employment search and retention, and self-sufficiency, and are funded primarily through Medicaid waivers.
