Area Wide Community Transportation Service (ACTS)
ACTS is the East Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission's rural public transportation service, providing demand-response rides across seven east Alabama counties. It is effectively the only public transport available in several of them and is a critical link for people with disabilities reaching medical appointments and day programs.
