Baldwin Regional Area Transit System (BRATS)
BRATS is Baldwin County's public transit system, operated by the Baldwin County Commission, providing door-to-door demand-response service across the whole county with ADA-accessible vehicles. Riders can book by phone, online or through the BRATS On-Demand mobile app. Service is open to the general public, which in a county with no fixed-route bus network makes it the practical transport backbone for people with disabilities who do not drive.
