East Central Mental Health Center
East Central Mental Health Center is the Act 310 public nonprofit community mental health center for Bullock, Macon and Pike counties, based in Troy. It provides adult and children's outpatient mental health services, substance use services, residential housing services, crisis intervention, pre-hospital and court screening, medication management, family support services and basic living skills training. It runs a 24-hour crisis line. It does not provide intellectual disability services, which is the principal reason Pike County has no local intellectual disability provider.
