Alabama Adapted Athletics
Alabama Adapted Athletics at the University of Alabama sponsors four competitive programs: men's wheelchair basketball, women's wheelchair basketball, wheelchair tennis and para track and field, with the stated mission of giving its athletes the same elite collegiate experience as any other athlete on campus. Beyond the varsity teams it runs summer camps, internships and a booster club. Its teams have won multiple national championships.
