Alabama Association for Persons in Supported Employment (Alabama APSE)
Alabama APSE is the state chapter of the national Association of People Supporting Employment First, working to expand integrated, competitive employment for people with disabilities across Alabama. Established in 1997, it runs an annual state conference, recognizes employers and individuals through awards, publishes employment resources and advocates for disability-inclusive hiring. It is funded in part by the Alabama Council on Developmental Disabilities and operates from a Montgomery post office box.
