Lakeshore Foundation
Lakeshore Foundation is a nationally significant adaptive sport, recreation and fitness center for people with physical disabilities and chronic health conditions, based on a purpose-built campus in the Homewood area of Birmingham. It runs competitive and recreational adaptive athletics, aquatics, fitness and youth programming, and is an official U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Training Site. The campus also houses the National Center on Health, Physical Activity and Disability.
