Montgomery Miracle League
The Montgomery Miracle League runs adaptive baseball on a barrier-free field at Edward Thompson Park for people with intellectual, physical or emotional disabilities from age three upward, pairing each athlete with a volunteer buddy. Play is free to families. The YMCA of Greater Montgomery took over operation of the league in March 2026 and folded it into a wider adaptive sports offer that also includes TOPSoccer at the Emory Follar YMCA Soccer Complex and sensory swim sessions at the Bell Road YMCA.
