Alabama Head and Spinal Cord Injury Registry / ADRS Traumatic Brain Injury Program
The Registry is Alabama's statewide system for identifying people who have had a traumatic brain or spinal cord injury and connecting them with services soon after hospital discharge. Alabama hospitals report head and spinal cord trauma cases to the Registry, which then reaches out to survivors, gathers mortality and morbidity data, and runs injury prevention and safety programs. It is run by the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services.
