SCOPE 310 Authority
SCOPE is the developmental disabilities authority for the Shoals, covering Lauderdale, Colbert and Franklin counties. It provides residential services and support coordination for adults on Alabama's Medicaid waivers, and runs an Alabama Early Intervention System program delivering services in a child's natural environment. It also operates the Blue Door Thrift Store, which supports its work.
