First Step Arkansas provides habilitation for people with developmental delays, disabilities or special needs from birth through the end of life, working with each family and their physician on a personalized plan. For children it offers therapeutic services, an early intervention day treatment preschool and school age programs; for adults it offers an adult developmental day treatment program, supported employment services and residential living, and it provides CES waiver services.
