Arkansas Total Care

Confirmed Profile

Arkansas Total Care is one of the four PASSE organizations operating in Arkansas. A PASSE is a Provider-led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity: a risk-bearing organization, part-owned by Arkansas service providers, that Arkansas Medicaid pays to manage the whole care of members with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex behavioral health needs. Every member gets a care coordinator and a person-centered service plan, and the PASSE authorises and pays for state plan services and home and community-based services alike. Arkansas Total Care is owned by Arkansas Health & Wellness Plan (a Centene company), Mercy Health, Bost Inc. and Blossom PASSE Holding LLC.
