Bost is the main community provider for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in western Arkansas, founded by Dr Roger Bost and based in Fort Smith. It operates an adult development center, three intermediate care facilities for people with intellectual disabilities, children's and adult CES Waiver services, Bost Work Development prevocational centers, housing in Fort Smith and Rogers, and the ArTs at Bost creative program.
