ACCESS is a Little Rock organization running two campuses: the Stella Boyle Smith Early Childhood campus on Breckenridge Drive and the ACCESS Academy and Young Adult campus on North Mississippi Street. It provides evaluations, speech, occupational and physical therapy, mental health services, a private school, vocational programs for young adults, CES Waiver services and ACCESS Village, a residential community. It marked thirty years of operation recently.
