Increasing Capabilities Access Network (iCAN)
iCAN is Arkansas's statewide Assistive Technology Act program, run through Arkansas Rehabilitation Services. It demonstrates and lends assistive technology, runs an equipment reuse and exchange service, and gives information and training on devices for computer access, hearing, vision, learning and memory, communication and home safety. Its services are open to every Arkansan regardless of age, disability, income, location or eligibility for any other program.
