Integrity is a Little Rock community services organization licensed by the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services in 1989 to provide community-based alternatives to institutional placement. It provides supportive living, therapeutic foster care, elder care, personal respite care, community-based services and children's services across central Arkansas, with the explicit aim of keeping people in their own homes.
