Office of the PASSE Ombudsman
The PASSE Ombudsman office inside the DHS Division of Medical Services resolves complaints from PASSE members and from providers. People contact it when care coordination is not working, when they cannot reach their PASSE, when they have questions about an Independent Assessment result or an appeal, or when they are dissatisfied with the services the PASSE has authorised. The office is free and is separate from the PASSE organizations themselves.
