Summit Community Care

Confirmed Profile

Summit Community Care is one of the four PASSE organizations operating in Arkansas. A PASSE is a Provider-led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity: a risk-bearing organization, part-owned by Arkansas service providers, that Arkansas Medicaid pays to manage the whole care of members with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex behavioral health needs. Every member gets a care coordinator and a person-centered service plan, and the PASSE authorises and pays for state plan services and home and community-based services alike. It is owned by Anthem Partnership Holding Company LLC and Arkansas Provider Coalition LLC.
