Telecommunication Access Program (TAP)
TAP is the Arkansas Rehabilitation Services program that supplies adapted telephone and telecommunication equipment to Arkansans who cannot use a standard telephone because of a hearing, speech, vision or mobility disability. It is a statewide equipment distribution program rather than a service provider.
