The Blue Umbrella
The Blue Umbrella is a retail gift shop in downtown Little Rock opened by the Arkansas Division of Developmental Disabilities Services. It sells products made by Arkansans with intellectual disabilities, including craft, woodwork, candles, soap, printed clothing, glassware and preserved foods produced in the work programs at the state's Human Development Centers. It exists to give people in those programs real paid work and a route to market.
