The Learning Center of North Arkansas, known locally as TLC, is the largest county-scale disability provider in the Ozarks, with Form 990 revenue of about $7.5m. It runs adult day habilitation with evaluations and individualised treatment plans, a play-based preschool, CES Waiver in-home services, free transportation to and from its sites, and the Westview and Eastview apartment complexes, which provide affordable housing for older people, people with disabilities and families. Its adults compete in Special Olympics Arkansas.
