Arkansas Division of Medical Services (DMS)
DMS is the single state Medicaid agency inside the Arkansas Department of Human Services. It runs traditional Medicaid, ARKids First, ARHOME and TEFRA, and it is the division that contracts with and oversees the PASSE organizations. DMS also houses the PASSE Ombudsman office and the beneficiary support line that helps people choose a PASSE.
