Arkansas Hands & Voices
Arkansas Hands and Voices supports all families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing, regardless of the communication choice the family makes. It is parent-driven and parent and professional collaborative, and is explicitly unbiased between communication modes and methods, focusing instead on educational outcomes and quality of life.
