EMPACT Suicide Prevention Center, part of La Frontera Arizona, provides crisis and community behavioral health services to children, adults and families in Maricopa and Pinal counties. It operates a 24 hour crisis hotline, an adult program, a child and family program, suicide prevention and postvention, trauma healing services and information and referral, with offices in Tempe, Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Apache Junction and San Tan Valley.
