Stand Together and Recover Centers, known as S.T.A.R., is an Arizona licensed outpatient treatment center that empowers adults diagnosed with a mental illness through non-clinical, peer run support. It provides peer support, counseling, recovery focused groups and programs, events and activities, and peer support certification, and serves AHCCCS eligible members.
