San Carlos Apache Tribe
The San Carlos Apache Tribe governs a reservation spanning Gila, Graham and Pinal counties in eastern Arizona. It is an AHCCCS American Indian tribal contractor and runs its own health and human services, including an ALTCS long term care program, the San Carlos Apache Health Center and Clarence Wesley Health Center, community health representatives, an older adult center, a wellness center, food distribution and WIC, and shelter and family support services.
