South Eastern Arizona Governments Organization Area Agency on Aging
South Eastern Arizona Governments Organization Area Agency on Aging is the Area Agency on Aging for Region Six under the Older Americans Act, designated by the Arizona Department of Economic Security to plan, fund and coordinate services for older adults and, in several programs, for adults with disabilities. Provides case management, nutrition services, caregiver support and the regional Long-Term Care Ombudsman across the four southeastern border counties. It is the front door for older Arizonans and family caregivers in its counties, and it contracts with local providers rather than delivering everything itself.
