Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities - District Central
District Central is one of the five geographic case-management districts of the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities. Support Coordinators based in the district carry out person-centered planning, authorise home and community based services, and connect members to Qualified Vendors operating in the district. The district also handles DDD eligibility determinations and local provider network management for its counties.
