ACHIEVE Human Services is Yuma's main disability employment organization. It employs people with significant disabilities on federal AbilityOne contracts in custodial work, grounds maintenance and inventory management, and runs employment programs aimed at self-sufficiency including individual supported employment with support aides. It also provides behavioral health case management and subsidised housing assistance for people who are chronically homeless and have a qualifying disability, using Arizona Department of Housing contracts and housing vouchers.
