It holds an ALTCS long term care contract for people who are elderly or have a physical disability across ten counties, and an AHCCCS Complete Care contract. It is not a DDD Health Plan, so people with developmental disabilities on ALTCS are served by DDD with Mercy Care or UnitedHealthcare rather than by this plan.
