Beacon Group is southern Arizona's largest disability employment organization. It runs job development and placement, supported employment, skills training, transition services for students, a Ticket to Work program, the WOLVES program and Day Treatment for Adults, and it employs people with disabilities directly through its own business lines in document destruction, commercial custodial work, contract manufacturing, fleet washing, landscaping, warehousing and facilities management. Its headquarters is on West Glenn Street in Tucson with a Phoenix office on West Camelback Road and an expansion into Avondale.
