Easterseals Blake Foundation
Easterseals Blake Foundation is the largest disability and behavioral health nonprofit in southern Arizona, marking seventy-five years of service. It provides behavioral health care and psychiatric evaluation and treatment, early childhood education and development, foster care support, and supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It accepts AHCCCS and a long list of commercial plans and is CARF accredited. Offices operate across southern and southeastern Arizona from a Tucson base.
