AllThrive 365
AllThrive 365 is the renamed Foundation for Senior Living, a large Phoenix nonprofit that builds and operates affordable and accessible housing and delivers home and community based services. Its disability-relevant lines include two adult day health centers in Glendale and Tempe, adult foster care, behavioral health homes, home improvement and energy efficiency work on existing homes, transportation, food programs and family caregiver services. It co-developed the 29 Palms and Spectrum Courtyard apartments in Phoenix with First Place AZ as intentional mixed communities for older adults and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. In August 2026 it took over the three core service lines of Duet: Partners In Health & Aging.
