Handi-Dogs
Handi-Dogs is a Tucson organization that teaches people with disabilities and older adults to train their own dog as a service dog, rather than placing a finished dog. It runs a service dog owner-training pathway, a service dog matching program, a facility dog program for organizations, and general pet obedience classes. It works in Tucson and the Phoenix area and also lists Las Vegas service dog training. Financial aid is offered and eligibility quizzes are published so people can check whether the owner-training route suits them.
