Horizon Health and Wellness is a large integrated provider across Pinal, Gila and surrounding counties, offering family medicine, behavioral health, substance use treatment, children's services, crisis services, domestic violence services, psychiatry, pharmacy, residential care, supported employment and supportive housing. Its intellectual and developmental disabilities line provides home residences and day programs for adults, framed around habilitation, keeping and improving daily living skills. It is one of the few providers with a genuine footprint in the rural center of the state.
