LETI Foundation
The LETI Foundation was founded in Phoenix in 2005 by Theresa Gloria-Palma, a mother with decades of experience supporting families raising children with disabilities. It is a small family support and resource organization whose name stands for Leading Education Towards Independence, built around walking alongside families navigating life with a disabled relative. It offers information, encouragement and community connection rather than licensed services.
