Luna Azul
Luna Azul is a small gated pocket neighborhood in north Phoenix of thirty for-sale single-family homes designed for adults with disabilities, with an on-site community director. It describes itself as the first for-sale residential community of its kind in the United States and was developed by Mark Roth of ECC Management. Families buy the homes rather than renting a placement, and residents can be matched with roommates through the community. All homes had been sold at the time of the most recent third-party report.
