Molina Healthcare of Arizona
Molina Healthcare of Arizona is an AHCCCS Complete Care contractor, providing integrated physical and behavioral health cover to Arizona Medicaid members in its contracted counties. It is not a DDD Health Plan and does not hold an ALTCS contract, so it is not the plan for people with developmental disabilities on long term care, but it is the acute care plan for many Arizonans with disabilities who are on regular AHCCCS.
