Navajo Nation Division of Aging and Long-Term Care Support
The Navajo Nation's Division of Aging and Long-Term Care Support is the tribal Area Agency on Aging for the Navajo Nation, designated alongside Arizona's six geographic AAAs. It plans and delivers Older Americans Act services for Navajo elders across the Arizona portion of the Nation, including nutrition, senior centers, caregiver support and long-term care coordination.
