Pima Council on Aging

Confirmed Profile

Pima Council on Aging is the Area Agency on Aging for Region Two under the Older Americans Act, designated by the Arizona Department of Economic Security to plan, fund and coordinate services for older adults and, in several programs, for adults with disabilities. Provides information and referral, caregiver support, care transitions, benefits counseling and the regional Long-Term Care Ombudsman. It is the front door for older Arizonans and family caregivers in its counties, and it contracts with local providers rather than delivering everything itself.
