RISE Services is a multi-state nonprofit with its Arizona operations run from Mesa. In Arizona it provides residential services and day programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, employment assistance, behavior supports, early intervention therapy for children under three, and a large child welfare arm covering foster care, professional parenting, adoption and kinship care. It also runs after-school and summer programs. Beyond Arizona it operates in Florida, Idaho, Missouri, Oregon and Utah.
