Rusty's Morningstar Ranch
Rusty's Morningstar Ranch is a residential community for adults with developmental disabilities on almost ten acres at Cornville in the Verde Valley. Residents have meaningful work, family-style shared meals and access to horses, chickens, swimming and hiking, with volunteer-provided church services for those who would find it hard to attend in the community. Residents also go out to the cinema, state parks and restaurants in the surrounding area. It has operated since the early 1980s.
