San Diego Community College District: College 2 Career
The College 2 Career (C2C) program at the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD) is a 3 year structured program that assists SDCCD students with Autism and/or Intellectual Disabilities to utilize higher education as a pathway to employment. C2C provides educational coaching and employment services to students to advance in their skills and qualifications to be competitive for jobs in the local San Diego market.
