Step Up on Second Street INC
Step Up provides long term support for people with severe and persistent mental illness, pairing supportive housing with mental health services for individuals facing homelessness. It works in several California counties as well as Georgia, Florida and Tennessee, and runs programs for transition age youth, veterans services and community integration.
