Supportive Housing Community Land Alliance
The Supportive Housing Community Land Alliance is a community land trust in Alameda County working to ease the housing crisis for people with serious mental health challenges. It acquires land and holds it in trust, then creates and stewards permanently affordable rental and supportive housing on that land for residents with very low incomes, working with residents, families, public agencies, and housing partners.
