Hope Cooperative, also known as TLCS, provides behavioral health and supportive housing services in Sacramento County to people living with mental health challenges, substance use disorders and homelessness. Its community based mental health programs are designed to support individuals with psychiatric disabilities and include homeless outreach, crisis intervention, intensive case management, supportive housing, life skills education, psychiatric services and therapy.
