The Foundation for Hearing Research runs four programs that teach children who are deaf or hard of hearing to listen, speak, and learn. Its Weingarten Children's Center in Redwood City is a listening and spoken language school and clinic serving children from birth to age six, and it also operates Talk2Me, BabyTalk, and TeachLSL, with family centered education and audiology support.
