Exceptional Children's Foundation
Exceptional Children's Foundation, founded in 1946, is one of the oldest and largest nonprofit providers of services to children and adults with developmental disabilities in Los Angeles County. It runs early childhood and home-based services, a nonpublic school, a therapeutic services division offering behavioral, speech, occupational, educational and mental health therapy, and a large adult division. The adult division includes ECF Art Centers, community integration programs, the Exceptional Works employment service and residential homes. It operates from roughly fifteen sites across the county.
