H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection
H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection is the family resource center for Kern County, supporting families of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with information, peer support, navigation and training. Everyone who works there has a personal connection to someone with a developmental disability, and the organization is built around parent-to-parent support. It also operates in Bishop, serving the eastern Sierra.
