Jack's Helping Hand
Jack's Helping Hand assists more than three hundred children in San Luis Obispo County who have cancer, are medically fragile or have disabilities, through direct financial assistance to families and through its own programs, including adaptive water and recreation activities. It was founded in 2006 and works county-wide. It fills a gap that in larger counties is covered by hospital social work and disability nonprofits.
